Anara Gifts is a gift recommendation app that uses artificial intelligence to help you discover thoughtful gifts for the people in your life. The App captures signals you provide, generates personalized recommendations, and links to third-party retailers where you can purchase gifts.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to Anara Gifts (notes, links, photos, gift logs). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing recommendations.

5. Affiliate Links and Purchases

Anara Gifts includes affiliate links to third-party retailers (e.g., Amazon). When you make a purchase through these links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We are not responsible for the products, pricing, availability, or fulfillment by third-party retailers.

6. AI-Generated Content

Gift recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence and are suggestions only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or availability of any recommended product. You are solely responsible for your purchasing decisions.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure.
• Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Anara Gifts is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
